We’re currently seeking a motivated and organised professional to join our team in South Melbourne in a Loan Processing role. This is a fully on-site position offering excellent opportunities for growth within a stable and expanding business located just outside the Melbourne CBD.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Oversee the loan processing cycle from application through to formal approval, ensuring all documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant

• Liaise with clients, brokers, lenders, and other stakeholders to collect necessary information and support a smooth processing experience

• Verify client information and financial documents to meet lender requirements

• Maintain timely communication with clients and internal teams, keeping everyone informed throughout the loan process

• Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency

What You’ll Bring

• 1–2 years experience in loan processing, mortgage broking, or related financial services environment

• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting

• Clear and confident communication skills with a client-focused approach

• Proficient in using digital tools and industry-specific software

• Good understanding of mortgage loan processes and lender criteria
